kdenlive: Timeline section links to itself

Hi Yuri,

The first sentence "see also ..." in
https://docs.kde.org/trunk5/en/kdemultimedia/kdenlive/timeline.html
links to the same URL. This probably shouldn't be in the docbook,
right?

Same for the other "see also" link:
  <para>See also <link linkend="effects">Effects section of the manual</link>.
  </para>
