Regretfully, there is no up-to-date French translation so far. A slightly 
outdated version is here:

full wiki manual is not translated into French as well.

There is no PDF version of the complete Kdenlive wiki manual (outdated AFAIK) 
in English. If you need it I can make it this weekend.
