Is KMyMoney documentation installed? That can be tested by finding
kmymoney/index.docbook somewhere in your system. For example

locate kmymoney/index.docbook

To fix this, it is also vital to know what is your KMyMoney version or system
version. It is known that the help files were not packaged for some stable
Debian versions:

https://packages.debian.org/stretch/amd64/kmymoney/filelist
