[amor] doc: Basic documentation fixes after the KF5 porting

Basic documentation fixes after the KF5 porting

- port to the native KF5 DTD (needed, as amor does not depend
  on KDELibs4Support);
- remove few obsolete entities;
- fix few references to KDE-as-the-desktop.
