I will investigate, but can you please check on Arch forums to check if it's a
distribution-specific issue? I don't see relevant changes in kio-man (part of
kio-extras) and khelpcenter.

There are many others with a different version number (on top of my head: all
games and edu games shipped with KDE Applications and all KDEPIM.)
