A mistake when set auto config url in system proxy

When set "Use proxy auto configuration URL" in system proxy settings, I
find a problem and I think it is a bug.
I choose file by "open file dialog" icon and it gives absolute location of
file at text box. But it is useless. Just url starting with http schema can
take effective.
