There was a crash in KIO from Frameworks 5.51 , but that lead to a crash:

It was fixed after the release
https://commits.kde.org/kio/cf3b0d102855a4a90db3fb65a99e0009fcdd3755 but again
this report is not about a crash.

I suspect this is related to kio_help anyway.

What is the output of the following command? Does it match the content that you
see in khelpcenter?
