Kate Handbook menubar in Hungarian

I run Kubuntu - up to date.

The attached screenshot is self-explanatory.  I use ALT-SHIFT to switch 
my keyboard from English to Hungarian but my Preferred Language in Kate 
and in all Kubuntu Settings is Brit English.

Please advise how to get the English menubar in the Kate Handbook.
