Hi kdiff3 team,
I want to know the usages of kdiff3 through command line.
My requirement is, I will be passing two directory paths to kdiff3 and will get list of all the files which are not present in base directory.
I want the output of above operation on my command prompt itself or in an output file, so that I can execute the further operation on the output data.
In the current system when I am trying below command
>kdiff3 D:\workdir\unit\DIRBase D:\workdir\unit\DIRToCheck -auto -o kdiff.txt
Above command is not storing any output in .txt file. After running this command what I found is it displays "Number of different files" on UI and then programs goes in hang state. I am attaching the snapshot of the same in attachment.
My question is why I am not getting list of diff files in .txt? Am I missing some settings?
Please provide your suggestion on the issue, so that I can make a better use of kdiff3 tool in my work.
Regards,
-Gaurav Harjai
