REVISION SUMMARY
  In the presence of spaces in directory names, things end up
  double-escaped by using TO_NATIVE_PATH and then the
  variable BINARY_DIR in the custom target. Work around
  this by changing to native paths only on Windows,
  but it might be a cmake issue as well.
