I checked this issue in an up-to-date neon devedition unstable system:

* with Menubar style "In application" I get a context menu with an action
"Delete Bookmark"

* with Menubar style "Title bar button" or "Application Menu widget" a right
mouse button click on a bookmark entry does not open a context menu
