[kwave] doc/en: doc: cleanup of the references of KDE-as-the-desktop

doc: cleanup of the references of KDE-as-the-desktop

- remove the references to KDE when it refers to a desktop and
  the context does not require it (i.e. talking generically about
  "applications");
- instead of the sounds of KDE window manager, refers to the more
  generic freedesktop XDG sound theme (available in all distributions).
