To fix this issue it is vitable to know

1. The name of your distribution.

2. Version of Plasma (KDE) you are using.

3. If you have used some configuration utility during OS install to set up your 
time zone.

4. IF NTP/Chrony daemon is running (try Ctrl+Esc, the filter out unnecessary 
items typig "ntpd" or "chrony").
