Welcome aboard again!

The current state of docs is shown (more or less, just offline docbooks) here:

https://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Documentation/KDE_(health_table)

docs.kde.org can be used now to detect inconsistencies with the 
current/developed release and screenshots to be updated.

Wiki docs (userbase.kde.org) have been not actively updated for ~2 years and 
our entry level for them is probably too high now due to heavy spam attacks. 
There is a need in massive update of info/screenshots there.
