Sorry for the long delay. 
The two man pages have been updated to the real options available for Qt 5 and
(most of) Frameworks 5 applications, so the patch does not apply anymore.
Nevertheless, the issues highlighted (lack of missing dots at the end of
sentences and search for better titles for the man pages) have been addressed
in the last changes in the current master and which will be released as part of
the upcoming Frameworks 5.24.
