No objections; just remember to not use those entities when a module does not depend on the version of KDocTools that define them. This most likely means that we can't use them for everything that does not require Frameworks 5.24. As a temporary measure we can define the entities in document itself until the proper dependencies is in place (raising the general requirement of a module just for this specific documentation issue is not an option.
