Documentation added there. I added a:
     CC kde-doc-english at kde.org

On both patches (the one that adds the doc as-is, and the one that
modifies a few things to make it build).

Except for that, everything is just like before: it tells that the
documentation is for version 0.8, and probably are incomplete.
