[kde-doc-english] Use glossary items from KDE DEV GUIDE?

Hi,

the KDE DEV GUIDE on http://en.flossmanuals.net/kde-guide/documentation/ 
apparently has a glossary we could probably use to update the khelpcenter 
glossary.

There is no license in the html or pdf of this KDE DEV GUIDE, but http://
www.flossmanuals.org/get-involved-0 reads:
"By creating a login ID, you agree to release what you create here under the 
GNU General Public License."

GPL for documentation seems to be strange, so my question is if we could this 
KDE DEV GUIDE in KDE docbooks licensed under FDL?
