[kde-doc-english] card-designs

[Roland Feneis]

I´m using suse 13.2. why are there no designs for the cards? if I´m
opening the button download more card-designs, there are only wallpapers
but no card-designs.

could you help me solve the problem because the used card-design is
verry, verry complcated to recognice.
