REVISION SUMMARY
  remove kappname + package, no longer used
  use entities from kdoctools (url, mime)
  bump date + releaseinfo
  replace &kde; with &Qt; and &kf5-full; and &plasma;
  fix wrong links
  fix changed gui strings
  cleanup/fix scripts
  replace common menu items with link to fundamentals
  imported a few usefull faq's from userbase
  remove obsolet appendix installation
  
  screenshots except the ones in this RR already updated
  
  Questions (see also new FIXME's in diff):
  
  1. What to do with https://userbase.kde.org/Konversation/Scripts/Scripting_guide
  
  2. Script errors: Error: No email folders were found that had a name containing 'foo' Error: Unable to retrieve clipboard contents from Klipper. What is wrong here?
