Strange phrasing in kcontrol_baloo.pot

I found the following sentence in kcontrol_baloo.pot:

By default <guilabel>Enable File Search</guilabel> is activated, uncheck 
this setting if you want to use the file search at all.

I my view there are contradicting things in this sentence. Either the default 
is deactivated or "if you want" should be "if you do not want"
