Proofread KWatchgnupg docbook for 16.08

remove obsolete entities kwatchgnupg, kappname, package
bump date + releaseinfo
one page each for chapter Introduction + Configuring KWatchGnuPG instead of many small pages
as in Configuring KWatchGnuPG for better readability
