Yes, that would make sense. something like in dolphin ( is the menubar hidden by default?):
The menubar (hidden by default) provides access to all commands and configuration options.
The menubar can be toggled with
<guimenuitem>Show Menubar</guimenuitem> (<keycombo action="simul">&Ctrl;<keycap>M</keycap></keycombo>)
from the <guimenu>Settings</guimenu> menu or the menu button in the toolbar.
