[kde-doc-english] Desktop Theme KCM docbook in Plasma 5.6

Hi,

in Plasma 5.6 the Details tab was removed from the Desktop Theme KCM with

I see two options:

1) Disable the Help button and remove the docbook completely, the remaining 
available actions in this kcm are self-explanatory

2) Remove the info for the Details tab and add a note that this feature was 
removed in Plasma 5.6, to avoid confusion for users, see e.g

Remove the kcm docbooks later in Plasma 5.7/5.8?
