Sorry, I mixed up the emails. Ok, I have few comments about the changes.

- I prefer to expand KF5 ("KDE Frameworks 5" or simply "Frameworks 5")
- not sure about "User's Manual" at all. One is "Common options for Qt5
applications", the other "Common options for Frameworks 5 applications" (not
sure now about camel cases too)
- the truth is that both files would need a more complete recheck, I'm sure
that some options are not valid anymore. 
- changes like missing dots at the end of sentence can go immediately of course
- can we discuss on reviewboard?
