[kde-doc-english] Docbooks in kf5

Hi,

there are some pending RR's for docbook updates on 
https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/dashboard/?group=docs&view=to-group

I'd really appreciate comments + reviews, Plasma 5.4 is coming soon

Btw can anyone explain the meaning of the three-state check box in the  
kwineffects kcm, how does this affect our users?

Looking at 
https://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Documentation/KDE4_(health_table)#kde-workspace you will see that only a few docbooks need an update:

Glossary
Any one? Needs info about Frameworks, Plasma Workspace and KDE Applications, 
no KDE Source Collection any more

KDEsu / kdesu.man
kdesu is afaik no user executable program anymore, so we should delete the 
KDEsu handbook resp. move any valid content into the man page
Any one?

Seems to be ok, the only link we should probably add is 
https://www.kde.org/applications/
