[kde-doc-english] Kate editor doc: no info about how to display the "Main Configuration Dialog"

Hi,

I am trying to find out how to configure the Kate editor and came accross
http://www.kate-editor.org/doc/configuring-kate-configdialog.html

I am using Kate Part version 3.7 with KDE Development Platform 4.13.3.
I looked through all menues but cannot find any way to display the "The
Main Configuration Dialog" mentioned in the help.
