Some questions:

1)
.config/plaswa-workspace/env -> pre kde startup (immediately after login)
.config/plaswa-workspace/shutdown -> shutdown
.config/autostart/ startup only for programs (Desktop files) 
using/launching scripts after kde startup is not possible?
how to enable/disable a script? not possible afaik
Is this correct?
How to deal with the issue that it is no longer possible to launch a script at startup?
Any fix in sight or should I add a note about that missing feature to the docbook?

2) 
migration from kde4:
Copy Desktop files from $HOME/.kde/Autostart to $HOME/.config/autostart/
Copy Script files to from $HOME/.kde/Autostart to 
$HOME/.config/plasma-workspace/env (pre kde startup) 
or $HOME/.config/plasma-workspace/shutdown (shutdown scripts)
Should I add a note about migration from kde4 to the docbook?

Use Plasma instead of &kde;?
GUI catalog kcm_autostart still has several messages with KDE: 
"Autostart only in KDE" "KDE Autostart Manager" "KDE Autostart Manager Control Panel Module" "Pre-KDE startup"
I'd prefer to use Plasma instead of &kde; in the docbook, but then the GUI has to be changed as well

KDE Applications handling autostart on their own e.g.
KAlarm enable/disable autostart in settings dialog
Konversation/Kopete in systemtray, you have to use File->Quit to prevent autostart on next login

This shows all KDE services that can be loaded on KDE startup. Checked services will be invoked on next startup.
