You can use the mailing list for users (not the general documentation  
mailing list you are using now ;) ):

In short:

1. Run Kleopatra.

2. Create a key pair:

3. Use file manager context menu (right click on the item, the "Actions ->  
Encrypt file/Decrypt file"):
