[kde-doc-english] Kipi Plugins

Been using Digikam for many years but am pretty much lost with the current 
version (4.12.0)    I realize many things like the print wizard are now 
plugins but have not been able to find how to USE the plugins.  More info is 
needed to give people a clue.
