Fix date+releaseinfo+title+productinfo in frameworks/kdoctools docbooks
Set date to last update/proofreading
Set releaseinfo to 'Frameworks 5.x' where x is the corresponding frameworks version
Use <productname>KDE Frameworks</productname>
