[kde-doc-english] kwallet handbook

It would seem (from links on the internet, such as the Wikipedia article on 
KWallet, from current internet searches, etc.) that 

http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdeutils/kwallet/index.html
and
http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdeutils/kwallet/kwallet.pdf

used to link to "The KWallet Handbook". Now these links bring me to the KDE 
documentaton "...could not be found" page. If I then enter kwallet into the 
"Application Name" box in the uppr left, it gives me "The application 
KWallet could not be found."

What happened to the this documentation?
