Actually, top can be installed in procps package of cygwin installation of  
GnuPG for Windows (see the screenshot attached, Windows XP SP3, cygwin  
command prompt).

But Ok, I (or Burkhard if he wants) will remove the word "Windows" from  
this phrase.
