[kde-doc-english] Revocation Certificate

Dear Team,

In the 'Kleopatra Handbook' there is reference to having a Key Revocation Certificate prior to submitting your key to 
the server.

However there is no description of how  to make the revocation certificate.

I have found that a method is = " gpg -o revocation_cert.asc --gen-revoke sample at kde.org"

Perhgaps this could be included in an update?
