Hi,

1. Start System settings (Alt+F2 & systemsettings).

2. Choose "Shortcuts and Gestures" module.

3. On "Custom shortcuts" page choose the existing shortcut or create the  
new with PrintScreen trigger.

4. In the "Command/URL" field write something like "import -window root  
~/Dropbox/folder/screenshot-`date +%Y-%m-%d-%H-%M-%S`.png" (without  
quotes).
