When selecting the digikam handbook via Help menu in digikam one gets the index
page of the digikam documentation. In chapter 3 there is a section
"Photographic Editing - Workflow". In this section there is a subsection "Image
enhancement". Clicking on that does not bring the section with this item.
Hovering on this item shows:

help:/digikam/photographic-editing.html#editor-correct-tools

However when entering this in konqueror one does get the correct section.
So somehow the KDE Documentation Center behaves different from konqueror.
There is some strange behavior in KDE Documentation Center when clicking on
that item. Very short something appears, which gets replaced by the wrong
information.
