[kde-doc-english] patch for kate configuring and syntax highlighting handbooks

Hi,

attached is a patch for kate's configuring handbook and syntax
highlighting appendix.

Changes include correcting typos and grammar, making use of hyphens more
consistent, improving the meaning of sentences, using entities, and
improving punctuation.
