Ben has contacted the hoster of the EBN machine about some
sort of permission problem that is prohibiting the cgi-bin scripts
from being run under the englishbreakfastnetwork.org domain.

Turns out this is not due to the www.englishbreakfastnetwork.org DNS problem.

So we need to wait for the hoster to fix.
