I have all the stuff moved around now, just waiting for the ok to push
to master. Other than that, I just have to finish up the new
development section and make sure everything is up to date for 4.11.
Should be done well ahead of July.
I might also work on documenting some of the new plugins, but that's a
neverending battle. ;-)

Yeah, I kind of dropped the ball on this for a long while. :-( I'll
revive my efforts here soon.
