    "Since &okular; 0.17 you can configure annotating tools." is a bit misleading.
    Afair it was always possible to edit the properties/appearance of annotions, but only after adding them and it had to be done each annotation separately.
    
    What's really new in 0.17 is, that you can change the default properties and appearance of the annotation tools.
    
    So I'd prefer something like:
    
    "Since &okular; 0.17 you can configure the default properties and appearance of each annotating tool."
