[kde-doc-english] patch for konqueror handbook

Hi all, attached is a patch file for konqueror config, plugins and
view-extensions docbooks.

In config.docbook I have fixed a couple of typos.

In plugins.docbook I have made improvements to a number of sentences.

In view-extensions.docbook I have fixed a couple of typos, and made
improvements to a number of sentences.
