[kde-doc-english] Fehler-Plasma-Desktop-Umgebung

Hallo, i want to stop a printjob. A click on the printer button on the desktop 
displayed the message:  

Fehler-Plasma-Desktop-Umgebung
KDEinit kann "/opt/kde3/bin/startprint"  nicht starten.

Than i click on the downarrow (minimize) of the small KDE message window
than the error message window disapear and the desktop becomes gray
the mousearrow can be moved but the function keys are not working - only the
clock is running. The functions keys on the keyboard are also not working.

There are also no message displayed when the printer is offline,has no paper
or is out of order

The System is new started with the resetbutten on the pc.
