Contributor (not user) entities are in:
kdedev/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/entities/contributor.entities

And this file has no entity

These entities should be in contributor.entities in kdelibs git master, but it is not possible to add them 
because kdelibs in master is frozen.

Interim solution: add both entities into the header of kmail/index.docbook, but you can use the entities 
only in kmail.docbooks!
