Yeah, didn't realize we use nochunk anywhere else :-/

Maybe onechunk like
/usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/docbook-xsl/html/onechunk.xsl can help us
here?

Luigi you can use
   konqueror ghelp:/usr/share/gnome/help/ekiga/C/ekiga.xml
as testcase i guess
