When I'm open the "Modules of system configuration" (I russian, and on my
language its look like "Модули настройки системы"), section "Activity Settings"
(on russian: "Настройка для комнат"), opened page "Power Management"
(help:/kcontrol/powerdevil/index.html). Its's bad link. Fix please.
