[kde-doc-english] notification of wrong Link

Hello,

on the webpage
http://techbase.kde.org/KDE_System_Administration/Kiosk/Keys#Session_Capability_Restrictions
I found the Link "kdm configuration" pointing to the URL
http://docs.kde.org/en/HEAD/kdebase/kdm/
but that URL doen't exist as it is notified by your webpage which declares:
The file /development/en/kdebase/kdm/ could not be found.

The wrong Link is near the end of the webpage and exist two times in the
subsection "Session Capability Restrictions"
1. explanation of start_new_session
2. explanation of switch_user
