Hi,

If you are talking about kdiff3 then the answer is "no" (it is clearly  
said in the docs "File Comparison and Merge" chapter, sections "Saving"  
and "Printing"). The diffs can be created with the raw UNIX diff utility  
with the following printing from Kate or any other text editor. Kdiff3 is  
an application for the most convenient comparing and merging.

However, Kompare can save diffs and print its window with colored diffs.
