[kde-doc-english] patch for dolphin plus konqueror

Hi all,

attached is a patch for dolphin's handbook, and also where it was shown
that text I have altered had been copied to konqueror's handbook, I
replicated those changes.

Changes included improvements to some 15 sentences, corrected 8 typos,
and some minor punctuation changes.
