[kde-doc-english] Pop Filters?

Hi, there!  I just upgraded and it appears that pop filters have gone away.  I 
used pop filters a lot and they were very efficient.  Are they still a part of 
KMail, but hidden somewhere?  Can't find mention of them in the 
documentation or on any of the tools or settings.

If they're gone, I'll live without them, but it would be nice to be able to 
use them.  I exported all of them from my last KMail, and I'm ready to import 
them.
