pimsettingexporter has been documented in kmail. KMail->Exporting in 
KMail
or file doc/kmail/exporting.docbook

Obviously I am still learning, so I do not quite know all of the apps that 
are linked together. If the program is able to run standalone then 
perhaps the main documentation should be written in that application 
docbook and link kmail to that documentation and add kmail specific 
stuff to the kmail doc.
